

Our Story
Our journey began in a classroom with five M&Ms—yellow, brown, green, red, and blue—as an icebreaker to help students share their backgrounds. During a promotional marketing session, we introduced the tagline, “My mission is to get people hired,” which sparked a collaboration between us, Dave and Maria Alejandra. Our shared passion for podcasting and experiential learning naturally brought our ideas together.
Our diverse cultural backgrounds became a strength, blending the structured approach of Canadian education with the creativity valued in Latin American contexts. We recognized that education isn’t a one-size-fits-all method, but one that adapts to the needs of each environment, offering flexibility and responsiveness. Our podcast emerged as a platform to bridge theory and practice, offering real-world insights and engaging learning experiences that go beyond passive content delivery.
As education evolves to meet the needs of today’s workforce, we aim to provide a space where students actively participate in shaping their learning. Our podcast reflects this vision for experiential learning, supported by the contributions of our interns, who bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the project. This collaboration continues to drive innovation and expand our mission, preparing students for the realities of modern business.
